Vardenafil and Sildenafil: Better Safe than Sorry

People would have to keep in mind that nature takes back what we have propagated. It does not take for one to be a solidly dedicated environmentalist to know that forest degradation can lead to catastrophic landslides and unclean air to name a few disadvantages. I have spent my whole life lobbying against dynamite fishing that kills precious coral reefs. Dedicating my life for the preservation of where my reach can protect nature is definitely a worthwhile cause.

But like nature, our bodies can give us back what we have bred. Unhealthy living and stress has altogether brought me to congestive heart failure and its other side effects. Being in my early 50s, I was sure I was going to get some of this especially with how I have tortured my body to its extremes when I was in my 20s. No man is bionic or is resilient to what the future will reap.

I now teach of my children what I did not listen to in my younger years. I do not want them to experience the downsides of having limited physical activities and even erectile dysfunction when my sons grow up. The humiliation cannot get any worse. Even if Vardenafil and Sildenafil were there to on the man’s side whenever ED strikes, it is still best to be safe than sorry.

Presently, I resort to Buy Viagra because my conditions require it. Besides, I think that even if I did not have the sensitive downsides of heart failure, I would have used any of these enhancers just to raise the bar, if you know what I mean.

You think your family’s bad? Check out the story of Joseph in Genesis 37.

Joseph’s family was so bad, his brothers wouldn’t even speak to him. What’s worse, they wanted to kill him.

You know the story. Joseph’s brothers threw him into a pit and planned to kill him. But since they wouldn’t profit from that, they sold him instead as a slave in Egypt.

It would have been easy for Joseph to say, “I’m a victim. This is my life. Woe is me.”

Did he do that? Nope, he said, “This is what’s happening to me but I will make a decision to create a beautiful life.”

So he was sold as a slave to a foreign country with a foreign language and a foreign culture. But he decides to be the best slave of Potiphar, his Egyptian master. He worked for him so well that Potiphar liked him.

But the problem came when even Potiphar’s wife began to like Joseph. She seduced him and when he refused, she cried, “Rape!” Joseph was falsely accused and was imprisoned.

Was that fair? It’s not.

It was not fair that his brothers threw him in a pit. It was not fair that they hated him. It was not fair that they sold him as a slave, it was not fair that he was imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. But he remained accountable and he decided, “I’m going to respond in the right way.”

Because of that, Joseph became second-in-command over all of Egypt. At the age of 30, he became the governor. He made a decision to create a beautiful life.

Berry Beneficial

Your favorite summer fruits are true health stars. New studies show that berries and other red, blue, and purple fruits are even more antioxidant- rich than researchers had thought, with body-wide benefits. And the calorie cost is low: One cup of raspberries, for instance, has only 65 calories and no fat (plus a healthy 8 grams of fiber). So savor our desserts— or fill up on fresh fruit, guilt-free.

PUT BLACKBERRIES ON YOUR SHOPPING LIST .They have the most antioxidants per serving—even more than super foods like red wine, dark
chocolate, and red cabbage.

SLICE UP SOME VITAMIN C One serving of strawberries (about one cup) contains 144 percent of the daily value of C. That’s 24 percent more than a typical 8-ounce glass of OJ from a carton.

GRAB A PLUM FOR AN ON-THE-RUN SNACK. A recent study found that some varieties may have just as many antioxidants as a half cup of blueberries. Be sure to eat the skin: That’s where the bulk of a plum’s (and most other fruits’) disease-fighting phytonutrients reside.

BENEFIT FROM THE BLUES, TOO New research suggests blueberries may help keep high blood pressure in check. Canadian researchers report that feeding stroke-prone animals a blueberry- enriched diet for six weeks lowered their systolic blood pressure (the top number) by 30 percent compared with that of animals on a control diet.

The most stylish cut right now for straight hair is blunt and falls just below the shoulders, with enough body to keep it interesting. These tips will get yours in shape.

1. Try a haircut without layers (or with minimal ones) that hits at your collarbone. Add long bangs for a fresh spins.

2. Shampoo and condition with volumizing formulas to prevent this kind of cut from going limp in the cold.

3. When you get out of the shower, mist on a thermal-protecting spray (if you have fine hair, also spritz volumizing spray at your roots) and blow-dry hair with a nylon-and-boar-bristle paddle brush. Using an ionic dryers leaves the hair silkier, and-since it’s about twice as fast as a traditional model-less heat- damaged.

4. set your style with a dab of finishing balm or lotion-hair spray can make it staticky. During the day, smooth frizz and flyaways by lightly skimming a dryer sheet over the top of your head. (Don’t do this more once a day, though, or hair will get greasy.)

5. Once a month, rub an oil treatment through the hair (but avoid the roots). Distribute it with a wide-tooth comb, leave it for ten minutes, then shampoo it out. This will add shine and moisture that has been depleted with regular blow-blowing and use of hot irons.

Confessions of a Procrastinator

One may wonder what relevance the topic of procrastination holds for the average person. What importance does it hold for us Christians?

If I were to draw on my experience alone, I could make a strong case for the relevance of this topic. I bought fabric to make a set of curtains in 1999; fortunately, the design is still in style. I have people in my life whom I need to Call, but I wait to contact them until I have more time to talk. The perfect time never comes. And I just cleared from my desk financial statements that been taken care of before the fiscal year 2003 ended.

But of course. I can’t draw on my experience alone. So I went to the Internet and placed the word “procrastination” in the search engine. To my surprise, 90 pages of Web sites appeared on the screen. The titles  ranged from The “Seven Day Procrastination Plan” to “There’s always tomorrow” (that Web site must have been written by a procrastinator). Countless people are trying to avoid, measure, structure, overcome pocrastinating.

What’s the Big Deal? On the basic level, on anonymous author has stated it well: “Procrastination is a thief of time”. It can add unnecessary stress to our lives , as well as to the lives of those close to us. On a deeper level, Ellen White states the danger that procrastination gives to our spiritual lives. “Beware of procrastination. Do not put of the work of forsaking your sins and seeking purity of heart through Jesus. Here is where thousands upon thousands have erred to their eternal loss. I will not here dwell upon the shortness and uncertainly of life: but there Is a terrible danger—a danger no sufficiently
understood—In delaying to yield to the pleading voice of God’s Holy Spirit.
